Lisa Searfoss

Lisa began her love for all things physical fitness starting as an aerobic teacher in her early 20’s and then went on to be an avid runner. Once she stumbled upon hot yoga she was hooked. Her journey began with taking the hot sequence class. From there she began to explore other classes offered and fell in love with the strength class.

She loved and believed in the practice and the many benefits that naturally come with practicing yoga and the strong mind-body connection. This led her to teacher training where she received her 200-hour YTT certificate. She believes everything happens for a reason and we are always right where we need to be. This shines through in her teaching style. In her class she always strives for you to leave stronger mentally and physically than when you arrived. Lisa has since completed her 300hr YTT under Melinda Nag. She is now a 500 RYT.

Off the mat, she enjoys practicing her yoga and attending workshops and sitting in on teacher training sessions to continue learning everything about hot yoga.  She also enjoys spending time with her family. She’s a mother of two, Brittany, 33, and Shane, 17. She’s a happy wife of 27 years and a proud Lala to two beautiful grandsons. Fun fact: Lisa is also a proud mom of 3 dogs and enjoys the outdoors, good food and her new love of hiking. She can’t wait to see you in the studio and on your mat!
