Jessica had done many kinds of yoga, but when she stumbled upon Soul Sweat in 2019, she never looked back. For Jessica, yoga is a great way to move her body, spend time with friends, and to stay bendy. Paired with her regular weight lifting, hot yoga is the perfect way to detox, stretch, and find peace of mind.
Jessica currently is a full time college student studying computer science. When she is not studying, you can find her traveling with friends, hanging out with family, or hiking local trails to catch the sunrise.
