To our Soul Sweat Tribe,
With mandates that came out today from our city government, effective Thursday, March 19, at 12:00 a.m. we will be temporarily closing our Fort Worth and Colleyville Studios until further notice. We will take this day-by-day and fully intend to re-open as soon as the mandate is lifted.
We know the last few weeks have been uncertain and confusing and we were proud to serve as a space for your daily practice during this trying time. This decision is hard for us. Our Studios are not only a place to practice but also a second home for us, our employees and many of our clients.
In lieu of in-person classes, we are proud to offer our recorded classes online. If you wish to continue your practice with these videos, simply subscribe to our YouTube channel and send us a direct message on any social media platform. Once received, we will send you access to the recordings.
It is in times of crisis and stress that we often discover the strongest version of ourselves, and we know that we will all come back stronger than ever.

WHO WE ARE
Owned by Melinda & Jayson Nag, Soul Sweat Hot Yoga opened its doors under new management in 2016. Formerly known as Sumits Hot Yoga, the Nags created Soul Sweat as a great opportunity to restore and bring to Fort Worth a fresh, upbeat HOT YOGA studio. Since opening under the Nags in 2016, SSHY has acquired multiple awards, including Star-Telegram's "Best Yoga Studio 2018". In November of 2018, SSHY opened a new, state-of-the-art studio location in the Near Southside District of Fort Worth, housing 2 yoga rooms, and multiple sought-after amenities.
WHAT WE OFFER
Classes at Soul Sweat Hot Yoga flow to music through a Sequence (SSS) of both balancing and energizing asanas (poses) in a heated environment. In our yoga classes, students practice asanas (poses) that require stretching and compression of the joints, muscles, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body. The body naturally protects itself from physical exertion by generating heat from the inside muscles outwards, as experienced during our classes. At SSHY, we start with the heat up front…providing extra protection from the very first poses until the end of class. Another added benefit is that the body burns fat more efficiently in this environment. It’s not uncommon for our students practicing regularly to lose inches of shape in a relatively short time.
