
Carlynn came to yoga six years ago during one of the busiest seasons of her life. As a reading specialist supporting teachers at 18 elementary campuses, her days were already full. Add to that the constant movement of shuttling her middle school daughter to practices and events and cheering on her husband—a high school gymnastics coach—at meets, and Carlynn found herself craving something just for her. Yoga became her sanctuary. The quiet moments on her mat, focusing on breath and presence, offered a rare pause from the endless to-do lists and mental noise. It was in those moments that she found clarity, balance, and a deep desire to share this gift with others.
Now a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, Carlynn is passionate about creating a space where others can step away from the chaos of daily life to reset and refocus. She believes yoga is for everybody and every season of life, and her classes are designed to be inclusive and uplifting. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning as a seasoned practitioner, Carlynn offers a welcoming environment where you can reconnect with yourself. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Carlynn continues to wear many hats—educator, mom to a now college-aged daughter, and proud coach’s wife. Through it all, she brings her yoga practice off the mat and into everyday life, approaching each role with greater presence, patience, and purpose.
