Maddie McBride

Maddie took her first hot yoga class a few months before starting college. What first started as a fun challenge and a chance to improve flexibility quickly turned into much more. She then took her newfound passion for yoga to college where she interned and practiced at local studios while attending Texas A&M University studying Civil Engineering. Throughout her yoga practice she has found her mat to be a place to cultivate strength, pause and reset. She teaches in hopes of helping others find this power, and stillness even in the busy city lifestyle.

Maddie is a Fort Worth native with some East Texas roots. She loves to stay busy, running from place to place with a cappuccino in hand. You can find her driving around Fort Worth in her Jeep with her two corgis and her husband Jordan or with friends sipping either coffee or wine at any local shop.

Maddie received for 200 RYT training with Melinda Nag at SSHY.  In her classes you can expect to be challenged, testing your boundaries and experience new growth in your practice. Her classes might be filled with fire, but she is known for her laid-back, chill personality. Maddie’s commitment is that you leave her class feeling strong and grounded.
