Yoga Etiquette

Every Student must use a mat and towel.

No worries, we've all been there! Ask your Instructor, or any Staff member to assist you.

Please maintain tidiness while using changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms. The locker rooms are used by many individuals, so be courteous. This Studio is our Home-- be sure to be hospitable to others, too.

Be punctual for practice.

Yoga is a discipline; latecomers will not be admitted. Please remain in class the entire time. This is for your benefit and acts out of respect for your Instructor, as well as for the other students in class.
*If you must leave early, please tell the Instructor before class and leave quietly during a water break or before the final savasana.

If it's Sequence (SSS), it's silent.

Please no talking in the yoga room(s). It is a sanctuary for most students, so respectful mannerism is highly encouraged and enforced.

No, thank you...

No cell phones are allowed in the yoga room at any time. If you are a medical personnel, please confer with the Instructor prior to class.

No shoes in the yoga room. No socks, either! Please leave your shoes in the locker rooms or designated areas in the lobby.

No gum in the yoga room, please.

Only water is allowed in class-- beverages beyond water are to be enjoyed post-yoga.

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products in class. This includes essential oils!
