
Yoga has taught Amber that strength begins with trust — trust in the body, in the breath, and in the process of becoming. She came to her mat during a time of deep personal change, when she realized that strength wasn’t just about endurance, but about the courage to listen, soften, and to start again.
Through her practice and teaching, Amber aims to create a space for students to build both physical and inner strength — to explore challenge with curiosity, and to meet themselves with compassion. Each class is an invitation to ground, breathe, and reconnect with the steady power that already exists within. Her hope is that every student leaves class not only stronger in the body, but more confident in their own capacity to trust the unfolding of their journey — both on and off the mat. Her classes strike a graceful balance between strength, stability, steadiness and serenity. Amber became a certified yoga instructor in the spring of 2024 after completing her 200-hour teacher training with Soul Sweat Hot Yoga. Beyond the mat, she works as a market risk engineer at an investment bank. Her workweeks are fast-paced, so she treasures the slower rhythm of her weekends. In her free time, Amber finds joy in photography, curating her ever-growing vinyl record collection (now over 500 strong!), discovering the best plant-based restaurants in DFW, and planning her next international adventure.
