Ronda Bell

Ronda is passionate about her yoga practice. She recognizes the need to make a physical, mental and healing connection with her body. Yoga is a very important part of her weight loss journey and her life. Ronda most enjoys early morning class because this is a great time of the day for a challenging and fun workout, as well as improved focus and confidence. She began her hot yoga journey in 2014 with a Groupon special. Ronda immediately fell in love with the heat, sequence, music, community, and energy of the studio. She completed 200-hour YTT in 2017. Ronda really enjoys participating in yoga challenges and workshops.

Ronda is a strong supporter of women’s health issues and is a life-long learner. Ronda enjoys staying active with outdoor activities that include paddle boarding, kayaking, concerts, and festivals. Music is a huge part of her life and yoga practice. Ronda teaches high energy classes to motivate students to perform at their highest ability. She supports physical limitations with practice modifications during class and hopes to encourage personal and physical growth. She is always available before or after class to answer questions or discuss any modifications.
