Princy Kaur


Princy has enjoyed yoga throughout her life but became more serious after settling into the work world after college. She initially joined for the fitness benefits and after the first class, yoga became more therapeutic and helped with stress management. She began her journey with Soul Sweat Fort Worth in 2019 at the $5 Happy Hour Community Class and immediately signed up for the new yogi special. So, the journey began, Princy fell in love with the Soul Sweat community and was able to put aside the stresses of everyday life and unplug for an hour; while also getting in a sweaty workout.

Princy not only enjoys yoga, but also started dabbling in the powerlifting world in 2019, more seriously in 2020 and before that, played soccer growing up. You can catch Princy planning spontaneous trips to various locations, whenever she can. She likes to travel anywhere from the mountains, beaches, and the desert, and everywhere in between. She enjoys days on the lake, river or by the pool with a ranch water in hand, accompanied by her friends and family.

Through her 200 HR RYT Training, Princy stumbled upon Ranch Hands Rescue in Argyle, TX and is starting to volunteer there regularly to help with young adults who have been through very dark and trying times. Princy’s passion is to help others and with her training she is better able to follow this passion and excited to share her knowledge. She hopes to continue her training and one day obtain her 500 HR and furthermore her 800 HR Yoga Therapy Certification. Until then, catch her on the mat flowing through Vinyasa and power-based classes, accompanied with upbeat, dance inducing music!
