Molly’s yoga journey began in 2018 to supplement her years of endurance training. She is a 6-time marathoner, has run countless half marathons, and has participated in several other types of racing events as well. She often passed the yoga studio, and since she had always been curious about hot yoga, she finally decided to buy a Groupon to check it out. After her first few classes, Molly was hooked. As she learned to listen to and accept what her body and mind needed during each individual class, she found freedom and enjoyment from the change of pace of being in constant competition with herself and others. Having also begun yoga during one of the most difficult seasons in life, Molly felt renewed peace, joy, and purpose through her regular yoga practice and the community at Soul Sweat.
Eager to share her passion and continue to cultivate community, Molly earned her RYT 200 from Soul Sweat Hot Yoga Southlake. A cancer survivor, Molly is extremely passionate about health and wellness and feels called to encourage and motivate others too. You’ll feel her positive energy as she guides you to build heat and reach your edge through her alignment-based and power-focused classes. She can’t wait to begin her 500-hour certification next in her yoga journey.
Outside of yoga, Molly is a School Counselor and is working toward her license in Marriage & Family therapy as well as a future in motivational speaking. She never misses a chance for an adventure through travel with her family and friends, and she loves being active hiking, golfing, running (for fun), and anything else outdoors. When she has downtime, you’ll find her relaxing on her patio with a good book next to her English bulldog, Raji.
