Jonna Smith


Jonna started doing yoga because it didn’t come naturally, and she needed an outlet. As a high school teacher, yoga helped her to release stress, find compassion for herself and others all while getting a great workout.  At Soul Sweat Hot Yoga in Southlake, she teaches the Lil’ Souls Kids Class, which includes meditation, a 20–30-minute asana, craft, and a game. The goal of the class is to equip kids with tools to harness their energy and calm their minds.
