Jennifer was drawn to hot yoga after neck surgery and many years of running. It took a while before she realized yoga isn’t just a physical exercise. The soulful benefits soon became very prominent in her life outside the studio.
Jennifer is a 200 RYT with additional certifications in yin and prenatal yoga. She teaches each class with loving support, encouragement and sometimes even a laugh. After all, yoga should be fun. Jennifer has five kids. She loves to bike, hike and do anything outdoors, especially if there is an ocean and a paddle board.
