Isa Bogliacino

Throughout her life, Isa has had a love for movement. She grew up classically trained in ballet and continued to dance into young adulthood. After back-to-back injuries resulting in her no longer being able to pursue a future in dance, Isa found yoga. She fell in love with its healing movement and the way that flowing on her mat felt so similar to dance. Yoga not only became a way for her to exercise and express herself, but also a way for her to gain control over her anxiety. The bliss that she felt after each class was something she knew she needed to share with others.

With a background in childcare and a passion for teaching, she first became certified as a kids’ yoga instructor in 2016. Shortly after that first training, she joined the Soul Sweat family as a kids’ teacher and as part of the desk staff. She then went on receive her 200-hour yoga teaching certification under Rebecca Butler at The Sanctuary Yoga Room in 2017.  Isa then started teaching as many classes as she could! When taking one of Isa’s classes you can expect long and juicy holds meant to explore your strength, as well as guidance through connecting breath and movement.

Off the mat, Isa is a full time Psychology student at Utah State University. After graduation she hopes to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into a career with child psychology. When she’s not studying, Isa loves to have game nights with her husband and their friends and is always down for a horror movie marathon.
