Danielle was initially drawn to yoga as something to incorporate into her fitness routine and quickly fell in love with the practice as it has taken her on a journey into something deeper. “The yoga community accepted me with open arms which has guided me to open my heart” she says. Her biggest inspiration for practicing and teaching is to continue to learn and grow from the physical postures and lessons of mindfulness.
Outside of her yoga practice Danielle loves going on jogs with her German Shepherd Heidi and spending time with her family. She also enjoys listening to records and visiting art museums wherever she travels.
As a teacher she aims to connect with her classes by sharing energy within the practice space that not only meets students exactly where they are but offers encouragement and challenge as well as a killer playlist.
