Caryn Fields

Caryn stumbled upon Yoga when her sister dragged her to a hot sequence class in 2014. Although she was not known for coordination or flexibility, Caryn took a chance and discovered a new way to challenge herself both physically and mentally. The unexpected sense of peace that only comes with a final savasana is why Caryn kept coming back to class. Well, that and the killer playlists! Caryn then renewed her love for yoga when she decided to complete her 200hr RYT training shortly after having her daughter. Yoga was now not only a physical workout to strengthen the body after pregnancy, it became a way to bring peace and calm to a new mother. Since then, yoga has become a way of life and she hopes to share the benefits with others as an instructor.

Outside of the studio, Caryn works as a Registered Dietitian and absolutely loves exploring all the restaurants Fort Worth has to offer! Her spare time is also filled with chasing after her daughter who now loves doing upward dog or butterfly pose any time of day!

As an instructor, Caryn continues to push the boundaries of students in both the Vinyasa and Sequence classes. Her goal is to encourage trying new poses, use creative transitions to move the muscles in unfamiliar ways, or help students tap into emotional and mental feedback of their body. Sometimes it is still all about the music for Caryn, so you can expect an upbeat class with popular tunes designed to make you shake it in a flow series or even spark emotions in savasana. Her goal is to play familiar songs, push you out of your comfort zone, but also remind you that you are more than enough just as you are.
