Alicia has enjoyed yoga since the age of sixteen. She began practicing yoga for the fitness benefits because it helped with the mobility and flexibility for the sports she played throughout high school. The more yoga classes she took, the more Alicia began to see the many other benefits yoga had to offer such as stress relief. Alicia began her journey with Soul Sweat Fort Worth in 2018 working as a front desk associate. Alicia fell in love the abundance of warmth and encouragement the Soul Sweat community brought. By taking her practice further, Alicia completed her 200 HR RYT training at Soul Sweat Fort Worth in 2019.
When Alicia is not practicing yoga, she is studying behavioral neuroscience at the University of San Diego. Alicia likes to travel, try new food places, play golf or tennis with friends on her spare time, and most importantly spend time with her beloved dog, Coco. She enjoys being able to spend time with her family and friends as much as possible.
